Go to Jaycar and get some Isopropyl Alcohol – it comes in a spray can and is used as an electronic cleaner. Spray on liberally – it won’t hurt the doll a,d rub with a rag. It’ll need a bit of elbow grease, but it’ll come off eventually. Acetone will also work, but it may attack the plastic. Orange Power Sticky Goo and Spot Remover ,ay also work
