I need to remove brown unknown (possibly cigarette) stains from vinyl head lining in an old car can you help?
I tried bicarb soda,hand sanitizer, spray & wipe, sugar soap & even toothpaste with no luck

Okay, try metho, and if that doesn’t work, oven cleaner. If they don’t work then I’m out of ideas
