Our house has this nasty black mould that appears mostly outside our windows under the house eaves and then spreads along, sometimes it comes inside on our ceilings – starting inside the window and spreading unless I clean it. How can we best clean this please?

Thats pretty tough. If anything will work, it’s caustic soda. Make up say a 5% solution, get a paint tray and roller, and apply it with the roller. Wait about half an hour and then hose off. It’s a bit of a long shot but it might dislodge it, And wear goggles and gloves and long sleeves when handling caustic. It’s nasty stuff
Clean your gutters, the mold is likely coming from water coming from the gutters overflowing.
