Good question. I’d try an Oven Cleaner. Spray it on, let it soak for 10 min and then use a kitchen scourer to shift it. If that doesn’t work, try acetone. Soak a rag in it (wear gloves) and just rub the affected area. It should come off but might need a bit of elbow grease
