our white engineered kitchen bench is showing signs of yellowing, the manufacturer says its because its getting the sun, can we fix thing with a cleaner or product

I’m not sure what an engineered kitchen bench is, but yellowing is a common effect of non-UV stabilised acrylic coatings. Although if it’s inside that would surprise me a bit. If anything will take the yellowed surface off it’s Brasso. And then you could coat it with UV-stabilised clear lacquer of some sort. Not sure where you are but if you’re in WA I’d go to Crommelins. Elsewhere you need to find a specialist coating place. Bunnings might be able to help you – generally they have a fairly good understanding of this
