It’s probably iron. Use Hydrochloric Acid about 1 part in 4. Put it in a generic garden sprayer, and make sure to rinse it out afterwards. Wear safaety glasses when handling HCl. It has strong fumes, but they aren’t toxic, they’re only an irritant
