Which products exactly are useful against the CoronaVirus – Covid 19?

Hi, with the Corona Virus /Covid 19, I was wondering exactly which products are useful against it?

1) I know anything with Isopropyl Alcohol 70% and above is useful.

2) I would assume Bleach used as a disinfectant with ratio 1:8 would be useful also.

3) As per dettol UK website: 019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a new strain of coronavirus. It is not yet available for commercial testing.

Specific Dettol products have demonstrated effectiveness (>99.9% inactivation) against coronavirus strains from the same family as the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in third party laboratory testing, when used in accordance with the directions for use. These products are: Dettol Antibacterial Surface Cleanser Spray, Dettol Antibacterial Surface Cleanser Wipes, Dettol All-In-One Disinfectant Spray, and Dettol Disinfectant Liquid.

Given the structural similarities of the COVID-19 virus to the coronavirus strains tested previously (SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV, Human Coronavirus), and based on the evidence available to us, we would expect our Dettol products (listed above) to be effective against the new strain.

4) I would assume Pine O Cleen Antibacterial Disinfectant (Kills 99.9% of Germs, Hospital Grade) would also work.

Would you agree if the above, any other products which you could recommend as these products may not always be available thus looking for various alternatives?
