I have used White King soap scum & mould remover previously with success but now it is turning a rust colour after about 30 seconds on tiles & grout. What is going on?

I don’t know. I’m not familiar with that product but I’ll look into it. The best way to clean grout is hydrochloric acid, about 1 part in 10. But rinse with lots of water afterwards.
